Congratulations! At 20 weeks, you’ve made it halfway through your pregnancy. Treat yourself. Do something special to commemorate this milestone in your incredible journey!

How are you feeling? You’ve probably gained about 10 lbs so far. From this point on, you should expect to gain about a pound per week.

Keep in mind, if you started your pregnancy underweight, you may need to gain a bit more, and if you started overweight you may have to gain a bit less. If you started out your pregnancy with a bit of extra weight, you may even experience an overall weight loss.

Is your belly button becoming an “outtie?” Don’t be alarmed if there is some tenderness, your uterus is pressing on it.

    I am in my 20 week and i don’t feel my baby jet? It’s that normal or not?

  2. Im feeling great, going to classes and keeping active. But i thinking i am failing in my healthy snacks, I get really hungry during classes =/ I do not want to disturb the class by eating baby carrots,the crancky sound gets loud for some moments.
